Let us introduce the WPC Panel Production Line to you.
What Is WPC Panel Production Line?
PVC Wall Panel Production Line is specifically designed to produce various types and sizes of wood-plastic composite boards or profiles. It mixes wood flour or plant fibers with plastics (mainly PE) and additives, and then extrudes them to create outdoor decorative boards that have the appearance of wood and the weather resistance of plastic.
What are the components of WPC panel production line?
Mixing System:
A high-speed hot and cold mixer thoroughly mixes wood flour (typically 50%-60%), PE granules, and chemical additives.
Conical Twin-Screw Extruder:
Designed for the high friction and easy decomposition characteristics of wood-plastic composite formulations, it employs a specialized screw structure to ensure efficient plasticization and stable extrusion at low temperatures.
Extrusion Die:
Precision-manufactured profile dies determine the cross-sectional shape of the wall panel (e.g., longwall panels, overlapping panels, hollow or solid structures).
Vacuum Shaping and Cooling System:
An extended vacuum shaping table, combined with a powerful water-cooling system, ensures that heavy wood-plastic profiles maintain dimensional accuracy even during high-speed extrusion.
Traction Machine:
A multi-track powerful traction system ensures that the die resistance is overcome without damaging the panel surface.
Cutting Machine:
Automatic fixed-length cutting, usually equipped with a dust collection device to collect wood dust generated during cutting.
Surface Treatment Equipment:
Includes embossing machines (to create simulated wood grain), sanders, or wire drawing machines, giving the product the texture of natural wood.
What are the technical features of machine?
Excellent weather resistance: The produced boards possess superior waterproof, UV-resistant, mildew-resistant, and insect-resistant properties, making them suitable for harsh outdoor environments.
High filler content: The equipment supports the addition of over 50% wood flour or rice husk powder, significantly reducing raw material costs while maintaining a pleasant wood-like texture.
Good secondary processing properties: The finished product can be sawed, nailed, drilled, and planed like wood, and possesses the toughness of plastic, making it less prone to cracking and deformation.
Low maintenance costs: No need for regular painting or oiling; color is long-lasting, and the lifespan is typically 15-20 years.
What are the application areas of WPC panels?
Building Exterior Walls: Outdoor wall decoration and insulation for villas, resorts, and commercial buildings.
Landscape Architecture: Scenic walkways, railings, pavilions, flower boxes, and outdoor seating.
Terraces and Flooring: Fences and matching wall panels around private gardens and swimming pools.
Municipal Engineering: Park signage, exterior walls of public restrooms, and sunshade fences.
